Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.), handle guest registrations, reservations, and daily reports. The role requires attention to financial details and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 1 year in hospitality, a high school diploma, and the ability to work independently are required; supervisory experience is a plus. Proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Able to troubleshoot guest issues and respond to emergencies.
• Proficient with Windows OS, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per Avion Hospitality standards and schedule.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
• Complete end-of-day processes and run required reports.
• Balance the day’s work and maintain cashiering responsibilities as per Front Office procedures.
• Operate Front Office computer system according to Avion Hospitality standards.
• Perform duties from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. as needed.
• Train new Night Auditors as requested by management.
