Qualifications

Experience as a night auditor or in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Handle guest requests such as tours or restaurant reservations.
Process payments and issue room keys.
Complete daily financial and shift reports.
Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment.
Perform light cleaning duties and restock supplies.
Other duties as assigned.
