Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hotel front desk operations, accounting, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overnight front desk operations and guest service.
• End-of-day accounting, balancing guest accounts and reconciling transactions.
• Maintain PMS records and accurate data entry for transactions.
• Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for overnight needs and next-day preparations.
