Key duties include balancing day- shift accounts, handling check-ins/check-outs, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals. Strong English communication and computer skills are essential.

• Ability to understand, read, write and speak English.
• Must be familiar with computer operation.

Responsabilités

• Balance day shift accounts.
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Manage front desk activities and check-ins/outs.
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify IDs.
• Register guests with stay details.
• Schedule wake-up calls and handle requests.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly.
• Create invoices and post charges.
• Maintain all role documentation and end-of-day close.
