Job summary

Mehr Consultancy is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to work overnight shifts at our property. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include front desk operations, guest check-in/out, handling payments, coordinating with housekeeping, and preparing daily reports. A high school diploma and hospitality/front desk experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hospitality/front desk experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests, confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issuing keys.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and transactions, including room charges, cash, debit, or credit.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean and presentable.
• Run daily reports (arrivals, departures, special requests) for accuracy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to track room readiness.
• Answer guest calls and provide information about the property and local attractions.
• Perform administrative duties, including filing and updating records.
• Safeguard guest information and handle confidential records with integrity.
