Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor works at the front desk during the night, ensuring quality and integrity of the hotel and handling guest check-ins/check-outs.

You will perform end-of-day audits, upsell to generate revenue, and provide outstanding service while maintaining security and policy compliance. Experience at a front desk and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hotel Front Desk Agent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Familiar with computer operation and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Balancing the accounts from day shift.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Manage front desk activity including check-ins/check-outs.
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify IDs and payment methods.
• Register guests with necessary information (contact details and stay dates).
• Schedule wake-up calls and handle guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Create invoices, bills and checks for vendors, employees and contractors.
• Maintain and update all role-related documentation.
• Complete end-of-day audit and post charges.
