Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to staff the hotel front desk overnight, ensuring quality and integrity after hours. You’ll balance day-shift accounts, handle check-ins/outs, verify payments, and post daily transactions.

The role includes upselling, guest service, and proper security practices to protect hotel assets. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are essential, with the ability to work independently overnight and coordinate with housekeeping for room

Qualifications

• Familiar with computer operation and office equipment.
• Strong customer service and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team when required.

Responsibilities

• Balance day shift accounts and welcome guests on arrival.
• Manage front desk activity and check-ins/outs.
• Verify payment methods and guest IDs.
• Register guests and collect stay details.
• Schedule wake-up calls and handle guest requests.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and create invoices.
• Maintain documentation and complete end-of-day audit.
