Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to balance daily accounts, greet guests, and manage front desk tasks overnight. You will verify IDs, process check-ins/outs, and respond to guest questions while maintaining high service standards.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with standard office equipment. Flexible overnight hours are required, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months related experience or training preferred.
• Must be able to work in a team environment, but will often work independently on shift.

Responsibilities

• Balance the accounts from day shift.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Manage front desk activity and guest check-ins/outs.
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify IDs.
• Register guests with contact details and dates of stay.
• Schedule wake-up calls and other guest requests.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Create invoices, bills and checks for vendors and contractors.
• Maintain all official documentation pertaining to the role.
• Complete end-of-day audit and post daily financial transactions.
