Stonebridge Companies seeks a Night Auditor to close each business day by balancing revenues and receipts, performing bookkeeping, and providing guest services during overnight hours. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently overnight, including weekends and holidays. Compensation is around $20/hour with part-time status.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) and office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
• Verify payments and process credit authorizations.
• Balance daily receipts and conduct income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries.
• Coordinate with overnight staff to resolve issues.
• Make and confirm reservations with accurate data entry.
• Maintain guest records in the management system.
• Perform nightly bucket checks and ensure security.
