Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Verify payment methods and process authorizations.
• Maintain room availability and guest account records in the PMS.
• Balance daily revenues and perform income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer phones and address guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with overnight staff to resolve issues.
• Make and confirm reservations with accurate data entry.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Document guest feedback and escalate when needed.
• Perform nightly bucket checks and uphold safety standards.
