Stonebridge in New York, NY is seeking a Night Auditor to close the business day, balance revenues, and perform bookkeeping activities while delivering courteous guest service during overnight hours.

The role requires strong communication, basic bookkeeping, and proficiency with a property management system; the ideal candidate works well independently and can handle late shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with property management systems and office software.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Verify payment methods and process authorizations.
• Maintain room availability and guest account records in the PMS.
• Balance daily revenues and perform income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer phones and address guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with overnight staff to resolve issues.
• Make and confirm reservations with accurate data entry.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Document guest feedback and escalate when needed.
• Perform nightly bucket checks and uphold safety standards.
