The ideal candidate has hospitality or customer service experience, basic bookkeeping skills, and proficiency with a property management system; this full-time role requires overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using property management systems and office software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
• Verify customer payment methods and process credit authorizations.
• Balance daily receipts and revenues; conduct income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out processes and address discrepancies.
• Answer calls promptly and direct inquiries to appropriate teams.
• Coordinate with overnight housekeeping or maintenance to resolve issues.
• Make and confirm reservations with accurate data entry.
• Provide guests with information on services and local attractions.
• Conduct nightly checks to ensure hotel standards.
