Job summary

Hotel Indigo in Washington state is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front desk operations during the overnight shift (11pm–7am), register guests, handle reservations, compile daily reports, and balance transactions. The role requires at least 1 year in a hotel setting, a high school diploma, and strong numerical and computer skills.

You will work independently, maintain security checks, and ensure friendly service and accurate record keeping.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Able to problem solve and troubleshoot guest issues.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets and word processing.
• Able to convey information clearly and maintain composure under pressure.
• Able to assimilate complex information from disparate sources.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance as required by hotel standards.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming per brand standards.
• Comply with all Indigo One, LLC standards and regulations.
• Initiate and complete the End of Day process.
• Run all required reports for audits and daily operations.
• Balance the day’s work and manage front office cash handling.
• Maintain Front Office computer system operations per standards.
• Fulfill Front Office functions between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• Perform nightly security checks and address guest requests during overnight shift.
• Document records and logs accurately and timely.
