Job summary

Indigo One, LLC is seeking a Night Auditor to manage the overnight front desk and complete Night Audit duties from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. You will register guests, make reservations, balance transactions, and generate daily reports while ensuring security and smooth operations.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a high‑pressure night shift environment. Training and adherence to company procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in hotel or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to handle guest issues and emergencies effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, service-oriented guest encounters.
• Balance daily transactions and prepare reports.
• Maintain front desk operations during overnight shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.).
• Train new Night Auditors as requested by management.
• Adhere to all security and safety procedures.
