Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Night Auditor in Seattle to manage front desk operations during overnight hours and serve as a reference point for guests and vendors. You will project professionalism, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, processing payments, guest/vendor assistance, and reporting for the management team. The role requires availability Friday–Sunday 11pm–7am and a strong patient, attentive service

Qualifications

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/Check-out hotel guests
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
• Prepares all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
