Job summary

The Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle Downtown is seeking a Night Auditor to join our front desk team for the overnight shift. Responsibilities include end-of-day processing, audit reporting, and maintaining front desk systems.

The role requires a focus on accuracy, guest service, and adherence to hotel policies. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and be comfortable working the night hours as part of a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred in hotel-related work.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos and short correspondence.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to interpret and perform basic math and computer functions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Balance the day’s work.
• Run required reports for Food and Beverage audit.
• Complete the Night Audit checklist daily.
• Maintain Front Office computer system operation.
• Fulfill Front Office functions between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
