Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is seeking a part-time Front Desk Audit Associate to perform daily audit functions for the front office and hotel outlets. You will review postings for accuracy and back up the front office systems, ensuring timely and correct charges. Responsibilities

• Perform all daily audit functions for front office and each outlet of the hotel.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors; ensure house charges are posted promptly.
• Back up front office computer system and night audit program daily.
• Rebuild front office system, reservations, and related computer maintenance as applicable.
• Understand and follow management company accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Handle all front desk functions including check-ins/check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX operation, and guest directions.
