Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, rates and group activities.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Process currency exchange and payments to guest accounts.
• Input all sales figures into the PMS and balance all accounts.
• Run end-of-day reports and balance cashier work.
