Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred, but training is provided.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service during overnight hours.
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in balanced reports and audits.
• Positive, outgoing personality with flexibility to handle various guest situations at night.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently through the night.
• Physical ability to stand/move quickly for extended periods and work overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel guests during overnight hours and assist with check-in/check-out and special requests.
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions at close of business, including card reconciliation and cash handling.
• Follow hotel credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures per White Lodging standards.
• Run nightly audit reports and record revenues and statistics for management review.
• Explain standard hotel reports and guest folios clearly; act as on-site authority during overnight hours.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
