Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott seeks an Overnight Front Desk agent for every other weekend, 11 pm–7 am on Friday and Saturday nights. You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs while ensuring brand standards and accurate billing.

The role requires you to assume the Person in Charge (PIC) during overnight hours, manage guest requests, coordinate with other departments, and uphold guest safety and privacy. Prior hospitality experience and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task and manage guest requests.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and register guests per Baywood/Brand standards.
• Process check-ins/outs and postings of charges.
• Answer guest questions and coordinate services with other departments.
• Assume PIC during overnight shift.
• Maintain accuracy of guest accounts and cash handling.
• Upsell rooms and services to maximize revenue.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures.
