INDEPENDENCE PARK INN LLC is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for the 11pm–7am shift. The role involves supervising night operations, handling guest check-ins/outs, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused front desk.

Key duties include preparing daily GM reports, posting charges, balancing registers, and ensuring lobby and public areas remain clean and secure while delivering high-quality guest service.

Competenze

• Good basic education with emphasis in accounting, bookkeeping and other forms of record keeping.
• Clerical skills with some background in use of computers would be preferable.
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral and diagrammatic form.
• May, on occasion, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to reach, handle and feel.
• Talking: must be able to express and exchange ideas by means of the spoken word.
• Hearing: Must be able to perceive the nature of sounds by the ear.
• Seeing: Must have clarity of vision at 20 feet or more, must possess three-dimensional vision, and be able to identify and distinguish colors.
• Works inside in a controlled climate.
• Must be able to make arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals and percentages.
