Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Guest Service Agent (Front Desk) available for 3pm–11pm shifts and weekends. You will welcome guests, check-in, post charges, process payments, and assist guests on departure with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Experience with Marriott Fosse System is preferred. The role requires brand-standard adherence, effective communication, and coordination with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and safe, seamless service

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• TIPS or similar alcohol server certification as required.
• Previous hotel Front Desk experience required – Marriott Fosse System.
• Bilingual Spanish & English preferred depending on geographic market.
• Shifts include 3pm-11pm and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with hospitality and check-in efficiently.
• Register guests, post charges and process payments.
• Review accounts and reconcile discrepancies with PMS.
• Coordinate guest services with hotel departments.
• Handle check-out procedures and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain guest safety and privacy; follow brand standards.
