Clarion Hotel Philadelphia International Airport is seeking a Night Audit Supervisor to lead overnight front desk operations, reconcile daily transactions, and close out the day with accuracy. You will act as Manager on Duty, supervise night staff, handle guest check-ins/check-outs, process payments, and ensure exceptional service while maintaining security and financial controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years hotel front desk, night audit or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior night audit, accounting or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit and balance revenues and close out daily transactions.
• Generate end-of-day financial reports.
• Supervise and train night audit staff; monitor performance.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring new associates for the department.
• Provide excellent service during check-ins/check-outs and inquiries.
• Process payments and handle guest billing issues.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to ensure safety and smooth operation.
• Record guest requests and ensure follow-up.
• Maintain professional appearance and promote teamwork across departments.
