Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Experience in hotel or high-end retail environment preferred (1–3 years).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Maryland licensing as required by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.
Responsibilities
- Manage late-night front office operations and financial reconciliation.
- Process check-ins and check-outs for overnight guests and respond to inquiries.
- Post charges to guest accounts and verify transactions with supporting documentation.
- Maintain and analyze front desk records, occupancy data, and end-of-day procedures.
