The ideal candidate works independently, communicates well, and pays close attention to details, including financial information. Night shift runs 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with accessibility to guests and hotel teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Desk, Night Audit, or hotel operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide warm, professional service overnight.
• Serve as the primary Front Desk contact for guests arriving or departing overnight.
• Complete check-ins/outs, assign rooms, issue keys, and assist with billing questions.
• Review overnight arrivals and guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay.
• Answer phones, handle reservations, and provide hotel information.
• Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, Engineering to address overnight needs.
• Review nightly audit, revenue, and occupancy reports for accuracy.
• Balance daily revenue and prepare nightly financial records.
• Distribute nightly audit reports and summarize day's transactions.
