Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Accounting, or Business preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years in hotel front desk operations, accounting, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Operations & Guest Service: Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift.
• Overnight Operations & Guest Service: Check in late-arriving guests and assist with early departures as needed.
• Overnight Operations & Guest Service: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Overnight Operations & Guest Service: Maintain a welcoming, safe, and service-oriented environment for all guests.
• Financial Audit & Reporting: Perform end-of-day accounting procedures, including balancing guest accounts and reconciling transactions.
• Financial Audit & Reporting: Audit and verify all daily financial activities, including room charges, payments, and adjustments.
• Financial Audit & Reporting: Generate, review, and distribute daily financial and operational reports.
• Financial Audit & Reporting: Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records and postings.
• Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate records within the property management system (PMS).
• Systems & Data Management: Ensure proper documentation and data entry for all transactions and guest accounts.
• Systems & Data Management: Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities in financial data.
• Safety, Security & Compliance: Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours.
• Safety, Security & Compliance: Follow emergency procedures and report incidents in accordance with company standards.
• Safety, Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures.
• Team Coordination & Operational Support: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address overnight guest needs or issues.
• Team Coordination & Operational Support: Prepare the hotel for the next day's operations, ensuring a smooth transition for morning staff.
• Team Coordination & Operational Support: Communicate key updates, issues, and reports to management and incoming shifts.
