Job summary

PM-Hospitality-Strategies, Inc. is seeking a responsible Night Auditor for the Front Office team. This overnight role balances guest service with accounting, ensuring a smooth close of the hotel day and accurate nightly balances.

You’ll handle guest interactions, balance cash and transactions, and input daily revenue data. A strong candidate has an Associate’s Degree or 6–12 months of related experience and comfort with computer systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or related experience (6 months–1 year).
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts.
• Strong computer skills and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits; reconcile credit cards; submit batches.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances in front office system; generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Perform front desk duties: check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs, guest requests.
