Qualifications

• Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all financial activities from the previous day, verifying the accuracy of income and expenses.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously during the overnight hours.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately using the property management system.
• Conduct regular property walks to ensure guest safety and security.
