Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Night Manager to act as Manager on Duty for the overnight shift, overseeing the front desk and night audit functions. You will support daily overnight tasks, guest services, and VIP arrivals while coordinating with Housekeeping and other departments.

The role emphasizes maintaining Sonesta standards, safety, and exceptional guest experiences during late hours, with opportunities to coach staff and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Overnight front desk leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to ensure end-of-day procedures and audits are completed.
• Strong guest-service mindset with bias for safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end of day process is completed.
• Manage and perform all Night Audit functions.
• Handle walked guests and follow up reports.
• Oversee Overnight Front Office operations and staffing.
• Prepare daily reports and VIP/Travel Pass arrivals.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for early check-in needs.
• Train and develop associates in overnight procedures.
