Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking an attentive Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk duties, run nightly audits, and ensure accurate financial reporting for the overnight shift.

The role requires reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Location-based responsibilities include guest services, safety, and coordination with housekeeping and security.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Desk, Night Audit, hospitality or hotel operations experience preferred.
• Experience using PMS systems, POS systems and reservations platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile reports and financial transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional guest service during overnight Front Desk operations.
• Complete nightly audit procedures including balancing accounts and closing daily hotel operations.
• Monitor overnight activity and respond promptly to guest requests and operational needs.
• Process guest payments, cash handling, and PMS transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational and occupancy reports.
