Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front desk operations during the overnight shift ( typically 11pm–7am ). You will register guests, handle reservations, prepare daily reports, balance transactions, and conduct security walks as part of the nightly close.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in hospitality or related field; knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency with Windows and Office applications are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• 1 year+ hotel or related experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance according to Avion Hospitality standards.
• Wear proper uniform and name tag per brand standards.
• Adhere to hospitality standards and safety regulations.
• Perform end-of-day procedures and run required reports.
• Balance day’s transactions and complete nightly audit tasks.
• Maintain Front Office systems and cashiering responsibilities.
• Handle guest requests from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Support security walks and ensure areas are secure.
• Train new Night Auditors as needed and assist management.
