Job summary

Sonesta Hotels International Corporation is seeking a Night Auditor to balance all hotel income and expenses for each 24-hour period and to serve as a Guest Service Agent during the overnight shift. You will call in tickets for system issues and act as the liaison for Opera, SynXis, and support teams.

The role requires attention to detail, accuracy in reporting, and strong communication with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and writing skills used for department records, guest registration, and reservations.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service in all guest interactions according to G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Balance and audit room, food & beverage, and telephone revenues; assist in reports.
• Prepare General Manager daily, weekly and month-end reporting packs.
• Register guests, issue room keys, respond to inquiries, and process transactions accurately.
• May book reservations and upsell rooms to maximize revenue.
• Follow seasonal reservation strategies and coordinate with shifts.
