Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Night Manager to act as Manager on Duty during overnight shifts. You will ensure end-of-day and Night Audit processes, oversee Front Desk and PBX, and provide operational support for overnight tasks and guest services.

Responsibilities include handling night audits, VIP arrivals, group arrivals, and daily reporting, while coordinating with Housekeeping and maintaining Sonesta standards for guest satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform all Night Audit functions.
• Manage the overnight Front Office, PBX, and guest services.
• Prepare for VIP arrivals and Travel Pass arrivals for the next day.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on early check-in procedures and staffing.
• Ensure SOX compliance reports are prepared and filed.
• Update guest profiles and notify relevant departments of important changes.
• Train new associates and ensure staff have tools and equipment.
