Responsibilities

• Supervises overnight Front Desk shift.
• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
• Works closely with staff from all departments to assure standards are met.
• Responds to guest requests with personalized recommendations while complying with Four Seasons policies.
