Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s sales organization and maximize revenue across all market segments. The role requires strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and luxurious leisure segments.

You will collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to drive profitable growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Director of Sales or equivalent in luxury hotels.
• Proven track record leading, motivating and developing a sales team with revenue results.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
