Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking a Housekeeping Team Lead to ensure exceptional guest experiences through meticulous cleaning and leadership of the housekeeping team. You will train staff, monitor progress, and guarantee standards are met while coordinating duties across the floor and responding to guest requests.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to operate various electronic systems.

• Assist with responsibilities in absences or high volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the work of Room Attendants and House Attendants; trains and coaches staff.
• Monitors daily progress and inspects rooms to ensure standards; coordinates work orders.
• Inspects VIP and Special Attention rooms to fulfill all requests and amenities.
• Responds to guest requests on the floor, such as extra pillows or blankets.
• Keeps linen rooms tidy and ensures equipment is clean and in good order.
