Qualifications

• At least 1 year hotel experience in a luxury hotel.
• Written, spoken and reading proficiency in English.
• Fluency in a language other than English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in guests efficiently, assign rooms, and deliver luggage as needed.
• Check-out guests, settle bills, and process payments accurately.
• Maintain a balanced cashier bank and reconcile transactions at shift end.
• Handle guest inquiries with hospitality, resolve complaints, and assist with hotel services.
• Use computer systems to check in/out, run reports, and manage room blocks.
• Adhere to Four Seasons Work Rules and collaborate with staff.
• Answer calls and direct guests in the absence of Reservations/Operators.
