Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent who excels in hospitality and guest service. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with the front office team to ensure smooth operation.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hotel experience, strong English proficiency, and the ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with Miami areas and computer systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year hotel experience in luxury or upscale setting.
• Written and spoken English proficiency required.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in efficiently and politely, ensuring correct room type and rate.
• Check guests out, process payments, and handle late charges and settling bills.
• Maintain a balanced cash bank and reconcile transactions at shift end.
• Handle guest inquiries with high hospitality standards and resolve complaints.
• Use hotel systems to check in/out guests, run reports, and block rooms as needed.
• Follow Four Seasons work rules and collaborate harmoniously with colleagues.
