Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee nightly auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions while supporting hotel operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity and guest-focused service within a dynamic, 24/7 environment.

You will work the night shift, ensure accurate cash handling, and keep systems up-to-date, while collaborating with front desk and housekeeping to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Maintain guest confidentiality and security of assets.
• Able to report to scheduled overnight shifts.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions.
• Assist front desk and hotel teams as needed.
• Ensure cash drawer balances and keep guest accounts accurate.
• Provide personalized, friendly service to guests and associates.
• Balance the day’s business in a neat, orderly fashion.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel systems (PBX, locks, PMS).
