Extended Stay America in Ramsey, NJ is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, including check-in/out per guidelines, and to complete all laundry duties (stains treatment, washing, drying, folding linens, towels, blankets and shower curtains). The role also covers dishware processing, stocking carts, and handling reservations and breakfast setup.

English proficiency to interact with guests and associates.
Ability to operate the property management system and perform audits when required.
Ability to follow safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions.
Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
Good judgment at all times.
Ability to manage problems and resolve guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

Assist guests overnight with check-in and check-out and collect payments per guidelines.
Process all laundry, including stains treatment, washing, drying, and folding linens, towels, blankets, and shower curtains.
Process all dishware, including washing, drying, and packaging.
Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
Set up and maintain grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
Conduct periodic property tours for cleanliness and safety.
