Job summary

Extended Stay America seeks a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guests with check-in/check-out per company guidelines and to manage laundry, dishware, and safety procedures. The role covers cleaning, stock replenishment, and front desk tasks as needed, with a typical shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Responsibilities include washing, drying, folding linens and towels, processing reservations and payments, and maintaining cleanliness across the property while adhering to brand

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/out and payment collection per guidelines.
• Handle laundry: wash, dry, fold linens and towels per standards.
• Process dishware per standards; stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast and conduct daily property tours for cleanliness.
• Follow safety, security, cash handling and key control procedures.
• Assist with other hotel cleaning tasks as needed.
