Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services, handle laundry and dishware, and maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel. The role requires punctuality and adherence to safety and security procedures as part of a collaborative team.

The position includes duties such as checking guests in/out, handling payments, and stocking carts while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests overnight, checks in and checks out, and collects payment per guidelines.
• Processes all laundry including stains, washing, drying, and folding linens, terry, blankets, and shower curtains.
• Processes all dishware including washing, drying, and packaging.
• Stocks housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels across the building.
• Sets up grab-and-go breakfast according to brand standards.
• Conducts daily property tours to inspect cleanliness and maintenance needs.
