Job summary

UFC GYM in California is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to deliver the Ultimate Service Promise by providing superior member and guest service. You will greet guests, answer calls, assist with check-ins, and address questions or concerns.

You will maintain the front desk and support club operations, manage inquiries, and escalate safety issues. This role requires energy, a friendly demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic and possess a very friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
• Possess a strong customer service focus, diplomacy and professionalism.
• Understands and follows oral and written instructions.
• Able to multi-task and perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members warmly and assist promptly.
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Ensure proper member check-in procedures are followed.
• Respond to member questions, requests and concerns and escalate to management if needed.
• Maintain the Maintenance Log, Fitness profiles, telephone inquiries and group fitness reservations.
• Report or escalate unsafe conditions or emergencies to management immediately.
