Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Front Desk Overnight team member to provide outstanding member service while maintaining a clean, secure, and welcoming lobby during the overnight hours.

The role includes greeting members, answering calls, checking in members, resolving service issues, and recording concerns. CPR/AED certification and a high school diploma are required, with 6 months of customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and responsibly without immediate supervision.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette for professional member interaction.
• Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Adhere to meal and rest break periods and clock in/out for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and leave the club.
• Answer calls professionally and take messages as needed.
• Check in members and verify memberships; assist with billing questions.
