The role involves greeting guests, handling calls, checking in members, selling products, and supporting daily operations. A High School Diploma or GED and CPR/AED certification are required, with room for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a high-energy, professional first impression.
• Answer calls, transfer to proper department, and assist with inquiries.
• Verify memberships, enroll for classes, and check-in prospective members.
• Sell supplements and gear, process transactions accurately via POS.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and organized.
• Open and close procedures; assist with inventory and pricing.
• Call past-due members to help maintain active status.
