Job summary

UFC GYM in Murrieta, CA is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to deliver the Ultimate Service Promise by providing superior member and guest service.

You will greet guests, answer calls, manage member check-ins, and support club operations. The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. CPR/AED certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist members promptly.
• Answer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure proper member check-in procedures.
• Respond to questions and escalate as needed.
• Maintain maintenance log, fitness profiles, and reservations.
• Report unsafe conditions or emergencies immediately.
• Keep front desk and lobby tidy at all times.
• Monitor retail goals and help meet them.
• Follow up with past due members with front desk team.
• Coordinate with maintenance/janitorial for issues.
