UFC Gym in Florida is seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the first contact for members and guests, delivering superior service while assisting with purchases and membership inquiries.

Responsibilities include greeting members, answering calls, checking in members, processing signups, selling retail, and maintaining a professional image. The role supports opening/closing duties and may involve inventory tasks and communication with management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• 6 months’ customer service experience in health club, retail, hospitality or food service preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly as they enter and leave the club.
• Answer calls professionally and transfer to appropriate department.
• Check in members and verify membership; sign up for classes.
• Register prospective members and direct to membership department.
• Sell retail items and process transactions at POS.
• Maintain a professional image and work focus at all times.
• Respond to inquiries from guests, members, and staff.
• Provide information about club events and promotions.
