Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to greet members, process check-ins, and respond to inquiries with a friendly, professional attitude.

You will support club operations, handle calls, manage reservations, and help keep the lobby neat while promoting the Ultimate Service Promise and member satisfaction. You will also maintain logs and safety standards; a high school diploma or GED and CPR/AED certification are required, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic and possess a very friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette
• Possess a strong customer service focus, diplomacy and professionalism
• Understands and follows oral and written instructions.
• Able to multi-task and perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members warmly and assist promptly
• Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Ensure proper member check-in procedures
• Respond to member questions and escalate when needed
• Maintain front desk logs, fitness profiles, and reservations
• Report unsafe conditions or emergencies to management
• Keep front desk and lobby neat and clean
• Monitor retail goals and assist in meeting targets
• Coordinate with maintenance/janitorial staff to address issues
