Description

Job Overview: As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be responsible for working independently, without direct supervision. You should possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Be detail-oriented and able to multitask. Your duties include meeting and greeting residents, checking guests and service providers in/out, understanding and reacting to emergency response and access control procedures, monitoring electronic security systems, and maintaining daily logs, records, and forms.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
  2. Monitor Emergency Response System.
  3. Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
  4. Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems.
  5. Respond to emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
  6. Control access to the building.
  7. Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
  8. Resolve and follow-up on complaints/issues.
  9. Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned by the on-site property manager.
  11. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
  12. Perform other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
  2. College-level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
  3. Two to three years of business experience preferred.
  4. Computer literacy: familiarity with information system hardware/software preferred.
  5. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Multiple language fluency is desirable.
  7. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
Physical Requirements:
  1. Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
  2. Work in an upright standing or sitting position for extended periods.
  3. Handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages.
  4. Reach with hands and arms.
  5. Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information verbally and in writing.
  6. Navigate the property/building as needed to perform job functions.
  7. Complete all required forms.
  8. Work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  9. Respond to emergencies promptly.
What We Offer:

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly

Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday, 11 PM - 7 AM
