Description
Job Overview: As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be responsible for working independently, without direct supervision. You should possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Be detail-oriented and able to multitask. Your duties include meeting and greeting residents, checking guests and service providers in/out, understanding and reacting to emergency response and access control procedures, monitoring electronic security systems, and maintaining daily logs, records, and forms.
Your Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Monitor Emergency Response System.
- Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
- Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
- Control access to the building.
- Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
- Resolve and follow-up on complaints/issues.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the on-site property manager.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- College-level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
- Two to three years of business experience preferred.
- Computer literacy: familiarity with information system hardware/software preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Multiple language fluency is desirable.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
- Work in an upright standing or sitting position for extended periods.
- Handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information verbally and in writing.
- Navigate the property/building as needed to perform job functions.
- Complete all required forms.
- Work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Respond to emergencies promptly.

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday, 11 PM - 7 AM
