Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional guest service during overnight hours.
• Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions.
• Accurately close out the business day in the hotel PMS system.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Prepare daily financial and operational reports.
• Maintain front desk security and safety during overnight hours.
• Communicate effectively with morning staff and management to ensure seamless transitions.
