Donohoe Hospitality Services in Las Vegas is seeking a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to manage overnight front desk operations, audit and balance ledgers, and prepare nightly reports. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 2+ years in hospitality, strong communication, proficiency with hotel management software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient with hotel management software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work 24/7 shifts and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Post all daily room charges and balances.
• Reconcile revenue totals against the revenue report.
• Verify and prepare registrations for incoming guests.
• Operate the hotel phone system and take messages.
• Manage guest reservations, including changes and cancellations.
• Check guests in and out according to standards.
• Address guest inquiries and coordinate with departments for requests.
• Notify housekeeping and maintenance of issues.
• Provide guests with hotel and local information.
• Generate and print operational reports.
• Verify transactions from each front desk shift.
• Finalize daily transactions and revenue reports.
• Maintain Front Office cleanliness and organization.
• Perform cashier duties and post various charges.
• Follow security procedures and know emergency protocols.
